AB-CT was established in 2016 as a spin-off of the Institute of Medical Physics at the University of Erlangen (FAU) headed by Prof. Willi A. Kalender. Today, the AB-CT team of 45 led by CEO Benjamin Kalender (his son), continues the ground-breaking research and development of world-class solutions for diagnostic breast imaging for women.

There is a general consensus that 3D imaging with high level isotropic resolution will offer significant advantages. With nu:view, our expert team of genius software engineers, design engineers and medical physicists did not just develop another CT device, but a disruptive technology – Made in Germany.
